Welcome Parents!

We are excited to offer our Glen Rose Summer Feeding Program through the Seamless Summer Option (SSO). This is a Community-Based Summer Food Program and  is open to anyone from newborn through 18 years of age. This program helps ensure that children have access to healthy, nutritious meals while school is not in session during the summer months.

All meals are completely free to anyone within this age range, with no income requirements or limitations.

Participation in the SSO program also benefits the Glen Rose School Nutrition Program by helping our district receive additional USDA commodity dollars, which allows us to bring in more fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, and other nutritious foods for our students throughout the year.  Please complete the survey on the QR code or the attached link below.

School Meals Report Card

At Glen Rose School District, we’re always to improve the meals we serve to students. Thats why we’re excited to partner wiith Chartwells K12 on the School Meals Report Card. This nationwide survey gives students, parents, families, and staff the chance to share feedback on school meals. The survey only takes a few minutes and is completely anonymous with no identifying information collected. It will be open from now until November 7th.
